Where does it work?
Anywhere a shop delivers to you. Shops near you are in most cities; shops from across India ship everywhere a courier goes.
Is it free?
Yes. The shop pays a small fee to the network, never you.
How do I pay?
UPI, cards or net banking through Razorpay, or cash on delivery where the shop offers it.
Who delivers?
The shop or its delivery partner. From across India, a courier. The order page shows which, and tracks it.
Can I cancel or return?
Cancel before the shop packs it. Return within the item’s window, when the shop allows returns. Money comes back the way you paid.
Something went wrong.
Open the order and tap Help. A person replies within 48 hours. You can escalate, and the National Consumer Helpline is always open to you.
Why no ratings or ads?
We show shops as they are, sorted honestly. Ratings and sponsored slots would change who gets seen, so we chose not to have them.
