Delete your account
Your account, gone — in the app, in a minute.
01In the app
Open One India → Account → Delete account (at the bottom). The app shows what goes and what stays, then asks once more.
If an order is still on its way, or a return, complaint or refund is open, the app lists it and asks you to let it finish first — otherwise we could owe you money with nowhere to send it.
02What goes, what stays
Deleted at once: your name, number, saved addresses, sign-ins and notification tokens.
Kept, no longer linked to you: past orders, refunds and complaints with their photos, because they are also the shops' tax and consumer records. Signing in again with the same number starts a new, empty account.
03Without the app
Write to support@instastack.io from anywhere, with the mobile number of the account. We confirm the account is yours by contacting that number, and delete it within 30 days.
