Static terms for seller apps

The standard terms on which One India transacts with Seller Apps and shops on ONDC (v1.0.0).

Effective 26 September 2026 · Just InstaStack Technology Private Limited

01Who this is for

These are the terms of Just InstaStack Technology Private Limited as a Buyer App (BNP) on the ONDC Network, version 1.0.0, effective 14 October 2026, subscriber id buyer-ondc.instastack.io. They apply to every order where the Seller App accepted them (accept_bap_terms = Y in /on_search) and are referenced in /confirm. Domains: ONDC Retail v1.2.5 — RET10, RET11, RET12, RET13, RET14, RET15, RET16, RET18. They sit under the ONDC Network Policy and Network Participant Agreement, which prevail where they conflict. A PDF of this version is kept at ONDC-Official/static-terms (RET/OneIndia/1.0.0).

021. Definitions

"Order" means an order confirmed through /confirm and /on_confirm. "Order value" means the quote total in /on_confirm, net of any later /on_update reductions. "Buyer" means the consumer using One India. "Seller" means the provider in the Seller App's catalogue who contracts with the Buyer. "PPF" means ONDC's Payment Protection Framework. "Return window" means the item's @ondc/org/return_window as sent by the Seller App.

032. Buyer App finder fee

One India charges the Seller App a buyer finder fee of 3 (three) percent of the order value, declared in every /search (buyer_app_finder_fee_type = percent, buyer_app_finder_fee_amount = 3) and repeated in /init and /confirm. The fee is exclusive of GST, charged on top at the applicable rate. It is earned only on orders that are delivered and not fully refunded: no fee on a cancelled or fully refunded order, and on a partial refund the fee is charged on what the Buyer finally paid.

043. Payment collection and settlement

Prepaid orders: One India collects the payment from the Buyer (collected_by = BAP) through its payment gateway. Cash on delivery, where the Seller offers it: the Seller's delivery partner collects (collected_by = BPP) and One India invoices the finder fee to the Seller App monthly.

Settlement of prepaid orders follows PPF: One India holds the Seller's share until the order is delivered and its return window has closed, and transfers it to the Seller App's settlement account within 2 working days after that, net of the finder fee, GST on the fee, and any refund made to the Buyer under sections 4 and 5.

Reconciliation is done through the ONDC recon / on_recon exchange for every settled order; a differing figure is reconciled within 7 working days of the on_recon. TCS and TDS are deducted and deposited as the Income-tax Act and the CGST Act require. settle / on_settle are not used.

054. Cancellations

A Buyer may cancel before the Seller marks the order Packed, for items the Seller has marked cancellable, with the contract's reason codes; the Buyer is refunded the order amount. A Seller may cancel only for the reason codes the contract allows, before packing wherever possible; the Buyer is then refunded in full, including any payment fee. An order not accepted within the TTL of /confirm, or not delivered because the Seller or its logistics could not fulfil it, counts as a Seller cancellation.

Where a Seller cancels, the Seller App bears any cancellation or logistics charge; One India charges no finder fee on a cancelled order. Return-to-origin on a Buyer's refusal at the door is charged as the Seller App's quote states in /on_cancel.

065. Returns and refunds

An item may be returned if the Seller has marked it returnable, within its return window, through /update with the contract's return reason codes; the Seller approves or rejects with a reason within 24 hours.

Refunds to the Buyer for a return, a cancellation or a shortfall are initiated by One India to the Buyer's original payment method as soon as the Seller App confirms the amount (/on_update, /on_cancel), and deducted from the Seller's settlement for that order or, if already settled, from the next settlement. For cash on delivery the Seller refunds the Buyer directly and reports it in /on_update.

076. Issues and grievances

Issues raised by Buyers are sent over ONDC IGM 2.0.0 (/issue, /on_issue). The Seller App acknowledges every issue within 48 hours and proposes a resolution within 30 days; One India acknowledges Buyer complaints within 48 hours and aims to close them within one month, as the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules require. An unresolved issue may be escalated by the Buyer and, failing resolution, taken to ONDC's online dispute resolution.

087. Catalogue, pricing and conduct

The Seller App warrants that the catalogue data it sends is accurate, that prices include all taxes, that mandatory statutory details (Legal Metrology, FSSAI where applicable) are present, and that the Seller holds the licences its goods require. One India shows search results on the terms of its published disclosures on listing criteria and sorting parameters, without preference between Seller Apps.

098. Liability and disputes

One India's liability to a Seller App for any order is capped at the finder fee for that order; a Seller App's liability to One India for an order is capped at twice the order value. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Disputes go first to the ONDC dispute process; there is no mandatory arbitration. Indian law applies; courts at Thane, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.

109. Changes to these terms

One India may issue a new version by sending static_terms_new and effective_date in /search at least 15 days before it takes effect; the Seller App accepts or declines in /on_search. Current and previous versions are kept at ONDC-Official/static-terms (RET/OneIndia).
